Yes, to do this go to the [Navigation Menu > Orders > Search
Orders] , once you are in the order details page, under the Order
Inventory section there is a little satellite icon and next to it it
says."This order includes Digital Products. Review the customer's
download history for this order." Click the link. In the Extra Hours
section you will need to add the extra hours you would like to give him
PLUS all of the hours that have passed since the original expiration
date and time. This will need to be done to each item. Click "Update
Digital Order Statistics".
