Can an individual Affiliate create and track multiple campaigns?

This enables the Affiliate to use a tracking ID code on different pages of their website, allowing them to track the performance of specific campaigns, pages, or even compare the performance of multiple links on the same web page!

The tracking system is built to meet industry web development standards. The stability of the tracking architecture also provides flexibility in its customization. Administrators have used the module to track the traffic to sales conversion not only in their standard affiliate marketing campaigns, but also to track the performance of their advertising, Google AdWords and Overture pay-per-click campaigns as well!
After a customer becomes associated with an Affiliate, can I protect the customer from being "stolen" by another Affiliate?
Options are available to prevent "lead hijacking". This means that a customer can't become associated with a new Affiliate simply be clicking a link with another tracking ID code in it.
Additionally, Admins can optionally prevent customers from being assigned to an Affiliate if that customer has previously placed an order in their store. This helps Admins retain the leads they have generated themselves.
Does the tracking system affect the site or server performance?
Tracking of Affiliate traffic and sales is run as a separate system component, greatly reducing the load on the server during times of high-traffic.
